    He could go all day. On his own or as part of a team, he is always working through his list and moving on to the next thing. He’s constantly on the move and whether it’s early morning or late in the day, Crispin has bounce in his step, a smile on his face, and kind words for everyone.
    It’s a mystery to us how he can be so energetic, so meticulous, and so much fun, all wrapped up into just one guy.

    A good project manager is a significant force, and when you find one who can also run Home Designer Pro like a… well, pro, then you know you got a great addition to your staff.

    On top of being our first in-house designer, she is also the window queen, an expert photographer, is super-organized, and is always ready to lend a hand. A true pillar, Christina creates a team space whether she's generating designs or quoting windows, and naturally brings extraordinary value to projects - we’re glad she's been with us for the past 6 years!

    Christina enjoys life at home with her husband, daughter and dog. They love spending time at the Oregon coast and finding new adventures.

Angel makes sure the job goes smoothly and gets done right. He’s the man you want for all your home remodeling and improvement needs.
    Angel has years of experience and extensive knowledge on the job site. He is also a friendly face and always willing to help out. Well known as a fine and patient teacher, Angel is always ready to share his expertise. We’ve never seen him without a smile on his face!

    Alicia brings incredible value to our team with her formal design education and keen eye for detail, she's a joy to collaborate with and clients love her.

Her favorite phrases are "B, bring me the bacon!", "Getting my hair cut!" or "Is it happy hour yet!?"
    Loyalty is Ronna's strong suit, she's an expert at making us laugh and telling it like it is!

    Vito’s da man. Crew chief and weatherization expert, he’s not only handy with the home energy process but also with getting your walls back to (or better than) the condition they were in before the process.

    He’s got drywall and painting skills like no other. Invaluable on those big window projects.
    Are you in awe of our crew’s efficiency? Amazed at your project’s progress? This guy is why. Vito joined the team at the early stages of the business being created over 20+ years ago. He is the most senior team member and never missed a day of work!

    Hiriani may be our youngest field employee, but her work ethic would have you guessing otherwise! Vito's (Da Man) oldest daughter and great helper. While taking some time off school to put herself to work to earn some "mula", she has found passion in the idea of becoming a "House Doctor".
    She is on her speedy way to become our next Home Energy Auditor & weatherization installer, we love having Hiriani among us! We support you.

    Don't let her quiet nature fool you, this girl is tough as nails and a lot of fun.

    GERARDO SMILEY AKA "HEHRA MAN"
    The not so new member of our crew, extremely intelligent and fast learner. His smile speaks for him, peaceful, sensitive and kind, Gerardo is a great addition to our family!
    He has been in construction for "who knows how long" and is finally getting his chance to specialize in "whatever is needed" but what he loves the most is tile work.

    Dave SERIOUS FUN AKA "EL ABUELO"
    Dave the window man. What can we say? He’s known far and wide as the Wizard of Windows (well metro-wide anyway). “Every job is a masterpiece” is his motto.
    He knows all those funny words like ogee molding, and weep holes. Homeowners have been known to burst into applause at the finished results. Oh, and entry doors? He says a front door is like the jewel on the necklace. All weatherization and adjustments included. You’re welcome.

    Can also be found fiddle farting around in his BEAUTIFUL garden

    His favorite phrase for the last 5 years: "I am retiring next week"

    Jesse gives off the “good vibes” that boosts everybody through even the hardest tasks. He’s interested in everything that’s happening on the job, and he always cares about how everyone’s day is going!
    He does flooring, windows, framing, and on top of everything else, he’s a sensible and funny guy. We love seeing Jesse’s happy face in the office at the end of the work day; you’d never guess he just spent 8 or 9 hours wrestling walls and windows into submission!

    Not to mention undoubtedly the strongest man we’ve ever known. Have you SEEN him carrying those patio doors around? Amazing. No wonder he’s always hungry.

    NAYELI OFFICE GURU aka "la socia"
    Nayeli's favorite line is, "ok, ok, I can do". She is the glue that keeps everything together, the grease that keeps the wheels turning, the fire under everyone's butt. Without Nayeli, everything would cease to operate because of her ability to calmly help solve almost any problem that could arise.
    When she's not keeping all of us in line, you can find Nayeli shopping with her sisters & taking care of everyone including the office dogs!.

    She loves to give input into the projects our Ninjas are working on! We love her ideas!

    Julia GREEN PROGRAM COORDINATOR aka "Hiker PRO!"
    Julia is our newest addition to the family. She is wicked smart and with a great sense of humor. Try to speak to Julia in Spanish and she will answer in Korean. Julia comes from a long line of hikers and backpackers. We are not sure why she accepted a M-F job but we are so happy to have her.
    Her smile is contagious and she will always be willing to help you. When she's not learning the ropes of her new job, she's hiking very long distance trails. She has already hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, Continental Divide Trail, and Appalachian Trails. That's over 7,000 miles!

    Semei is related to Angel and his favorite tool is "the shovel". He comes from a long line of professional landscapers but is exploring other opportunities in Construction in general. Like his uncle, he is proving to be very skilled and learning good habits. He is kind, honest and very polite.
    Among his favorite lines are: "si Dona Bere", "por supuesto", "que más hago", " en qué ayudo"

    Miguel is a graduate from Portland YouthBuilders. Exploring construction with us, is providing an opportunity to learn all aspects. He is really enjoying carpentry and building decks and fences. We love his attitude and personality! Definitely the quiet one on the team with the biggest smile!

    Jesus is the helper everyone can dream off, always willing to lend a hand and be there for all of us. A transplant from Campeche with the biggest heart but boy does he like to talk!?

    We are so glad Finn answered our ad for a smart, lovable intern who wanted to learn the construction business. It’s not every day you get a raw recruit with his amazing skill sets.
    He knows “sit”, "lie down”, “paw”, “other paw” and “touchdown!” He is still having a bit of a hard time with “drop it”, but in fact that was the hardest one for most of our builders to learn. His favorite person is Ronna and he can be found loyally laying at her feet anytime she's here. Finn is also best friends with our mailman and looks forward to his daily visits.
    OLIE - lives in Germany now! SECURITY OFFICER AKA "EL CHAPO"
    Oliver sleeps all day and only barks when the mailman arrives so he can get treats! If you find yourself visiting the office, more likely Oliver will be part of the welcoming committee unless he is too tired and snoozing under someone's desk.
