Our goal is to help America get closer to Energy Independence by evaluating a home’s energy use to determine what measures are necessary to increase its efficiency and to help educate the public about cost savings home improvements and energy retrofits to HELP create a better world, one green home at a time.

Our Buy American Policy

H.E.L.P. prefers U.S.-made products and recognizes the “made in America” label in its purchases of goods, services, labor and equipment, whenever possible. H.E.L.P. gives further purchasing preference to products that are both American made and sustainably made. We make occasional exceptions to this policy only if a product is not available domestically in sufficient quantity or quality, if it is significantly less expensive, or if doing so is in the public interest.
